ST. BONAVENTURE, NY – Siena Basketball squares off with sister-school St. Bonaventure in the annual battle for the Br. Ed Coughlin Franciscan Cup Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at the Reilly Center.
 
Brendan McDaniels and Adam Bennett have the regionally televised call of the game on YES Network, which is available to Spectrum subscribers in the Capital Region on Channel 52, as well as on DIRECTV Channel 631. Check your listings for channel information for additional providers. The game will also be streamed on ESPN+. The "Voice of the Saints" Emmanuel Berbari and former Saint Conner Fenlon '12 will have the radio call of the game locally in the Capital Region on JAMZ 96.3 FM and online at jamz963.com, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m.
 
Siena (2-0) enters its annual rivalry matchup seeking its second straight 3-0 start following consecutive 16-point wins to begin the season. The Saints have not opened 3-0 in consecutive seasons in 22 years (2002-03 and 2003-04).
 
Siena will also aim to win back the Franciscan Cup, which has been claimed by St. Bonaventure (2-0) each of the past two seasons. The sister-schools meet for the 15^th time since the trophy was devised by the schools' Presidents to commemorate the annual renewal of the rivalry in 2010. The Bonnies lead the all-time series 34-11, including a 9-5 advantage in the Franciscan Cup. The Saints make their 25^th trip to the Reilly Center in search of just their second-ever win in the facility (2014).
 
St. Bonaventure is fresh off an NIT appearance after winning 22 games a season ago. The Bonnies were predicted to finish eighth in the 14-team Atlantic 10, with Dasonte Bowen securing Preseason All-Conference Second Team honors.
