Siena Men's Golf shot +10, 294 Tuesday afternoon over its final 18 holes at the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate at Wethersfield Country Club in Wethersfield, CT, to tie for sixth (+14, 582) at the 36-hole tournament.
Freshman
Colton Lusk topped his Monday performance with a career-low -2, 69 to finish the tournament tied for third at -2, 140 overall. The rookie shot -2 through the front nine Tuesday and, following a bogey to begin the back nine, he regrouped to par seven of his final eight holes, with a birde on the par-five 16th hole.
KC Nickel finished +3, 74 Tuesday to conclude the tournament +3, 145 - good enough to tie for 17th.
Austin Giroux shot +3 for the second consecutive day to tie for 28th at +6, 148 overall.
Michael McConie came in at +6, 77 Tuesday to finish tied for 42nd with a 36-hole total of +8, 150. Not included in Tuesday's team scoring,
Gavin Crowley shot +7, 78 in his final round to tie for 48th at +9, 151.
The Saints return to the course on Sunday, Sept. 28, for the first round of the UConn Invitational from GreatHorse in Hampden, MA.
