The Siena Men's Tennis team sprung ahead by taking two of three doubles matches, but ultimately fell at Fordham 5-2 on Saturday at the Cary Leeds Center in Bronx, NY.

Sviatoslav Koliadynskyi had a big day for the Saints, partnering with junior and Valdosta State transfer
Matteo Castellazzi to pick up the clinching point to earn the doubles point by topping the Rams' duo of junior Dhananjay Athreya and sophomore Filip Horak 7-5.

Mateja Stefanovic and
Bruno Loch Varella defeated Will Lokier and Nicolas Garnier 6-2.
In singles competition, Koliadynskyi rallied back for a stirring 6-7 (7), 6-2, 6-2 come-from-behind victory against Fordam senior Dhillon Virdee-Oakley at the singles No. 2 position.
Fordham improved to 2-2 after beating MAAC member Sacred Heart 4-3 on Friday.
Siena (0-4) will be back in action next Sunday hosting St. Bonaventure (0-4) at 1:45 p.m. from the Tri-City Fitness Center in Latham.
