ROSSI ON BRANTLEY: 'Justin had an off year last season and needs to bounce back strong for this club to be successful. He has a tremendous upside, and he[apos]s been working hard to get to top form. The staff is counting on him to bounce back and have a breakout year. The hope is he will be a major force for us, and emerge as one of the top pitchers on the staff, if not in the conference.'
