Biography

GENERAL:
  • Predicted to be the MAAC's Freshman of the Year by College Sports Madness
  • Averaged 6.6 points and 4.1 rebounds in 15.8 minutes over seven tournament contests to help Canada win the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup 2017 in Egypt this summer
  • Posted 9.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and a team-best 2.0 blocks in 26 minutes of action during Siena's three-game international trip to his native Canada in August
  • Complete post player has strong chance to make an immediate impact
  • Excellent shot blocker and solid rebounder
  • Possesses solid mid-range game

BEFORE SIENA:
  • Received a Scouts grade of 69 and was ranked the 81st best player at his position in his recruiting class
  • Rated the 10th best Canadian player in his class according to Hoops Hype Canada's FAB 40 National Rankings
  • Played prep basketball for First Love Christian Academy in Washington, Pennsylvania where he was a teammate of fellow Siena freshman Christian Bentley
  • Averaged 13 points and 11 rebounds while leading First Love to a 24-3 record and Slam National Post-Grad Championship appearance during his final season
  • Was first player in his prep school's history to sign with a Division I program
  • Played his high school basketball for Earl Haig Secondary in his native Canada
  • Competed for Canada Elite on the Under Armour AAU circuit
