Biography
GENERAL:
- Had breakout performance during team's three-game international trip to Montreal in August, averaging team-high 15.0 points on 53% shooting including 39% from three
- Well-rounded player and individual
- Prototypical combo guard who can play both the one and the two equally well
- Strong range from the outside and can create his own shot off the dribble
BEFORE SIENA:
- Rated the 12th best player in Minnesota in his class according to northernexposurepreps.com
- 2016-17 Minnesota Mr. Basketball Finalist and AP Third Team All-State selection
- Averaged 19 points and led Tartan to a 25-4 record and Class 4A Section 4 Championship in Minnesota's highest level as a senior en route to also being named an East Metro Boys Basketball Player of the Year Finalist
- Named the Metro East Conference Player of the Year and a Minneapolis Star Tribune Third Team All-Metro selection as a junior after averaging 17.3 points
- Averaged 17.7 points as a sophomore
- Was varsity performer since the eighth grade and team captain from sophomore season on
- Played AAU for Howard Pulley on the Nike EYBL circuit, as well as the Minnesota Fury
