COACH ROSSI ON SWEENEY:
  •  “Eddie is a strong first baseman/outfielder who should help out immediately on the offensive side.”
2021 (REDSHIRT-SOPHOMORE):
  • Played in 22 games with 19 starts and 55 at-bats
  • Batted .236 with 13 hits, 11 runs, three doubles, one home run, and eight RBIs
  • Held a .345 slugging percentage and a .344 on-base percentage
  • Recorded four multi-hit and two multi-RBI games
2020 (SOPHOMORE):
  • Played in three games with two starts before redshirting due to injury
  • Registered two hits
2019 (FRESHMAN):
  • Played in 10 games with nine starts and 28 at-bats
  • Held a .214 batting average with six hits, three runs, one triple, and five RBIs
BEFORE SIENA:
  • Named to the USA Today All-USA Connecticut Baseball team his senior year
  • Hit .420 with a school record eight home runs, 27 RBI and 21 runs his senior year at Daniel Hand High School
  • Named to the Hartford Courant All-Fab 15 Team and CHSCA All-State Team
  • School's all-time leader in home runs
  • Two-Time All-SCC and All-Area honoree
  • Hit .420 with 20 RBI in 14 games his junior year
