Biography

GENERAL: Great command pitcher who will see innings out of the bullpen early in games... Throws from three-quarter release with compact arm action, solid mechanics and a good 11-to-5 curveball... How quickly he adjusts will determine how many innings he will see.

BEFORE SIENA: Lettered in baseball, basketball and football at Newton South High School... DCL All-Star and Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American selection in 2012.

ROSSI ON MAY: 'Reed is a command pitcher who will see innings out of the bullpen early and mid-game. How well he makes the collegiate adjustment will determine the number of innings he will pitch.'
