Biography

ROSSI ON AHEARN:
    "Taylor was brought along slowly last year and the program was rewarded with his finest outing in the conference championship game. His clutch performance got us into the NCAA Regionals. He had a really good summer and the staff is confident his success will flow into the upcoming season."

AS A FRESHMAN:
  • Won the MAAC Championship game, tossing 5.2 innings and allowing just six hits and one run in Siena's 5-1 victory over Canisius (5/25)
  • Posted a 2-2 record and a 3.26 ERA making eight appearances and three starts on the hill
  • Went 1-for-8 with an RBI and a run scored at the plate collecting first collegiate hit at Marist (4/5)
  • Picked up first collegiate victory at NYIT allowing one run and three hits in five innings of work (4/9)

BEFORE SIENA:
  • Lettered in baseball, basketball, and football at St. Augustine
  • Named All-League all four years and San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic Team as a junior and senior
  • St. Augustine's all-time doubles leader and Distinguished Scholar recipient
