• Competed in five cross country meets during the season
• Opened the year with a season-best 6K time of 21:21.8 and a 35th-place finish at the Marist Invitational on Aug. 30
• Posted an 8K time of 26:32.3 at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 13
• Recorded a 26:14.7 performance at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 17
• Closed the season with a season-best 8K time of 25:55.5 and season-best finish of 52nd at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1
• Competed in nine track meets across seven events, recording two top-five finishes
• Posted season-best marks of 1:58.47 in the 800m, 2:43.73 in the 1,000m, 4:23.21 in the mile, 8:55.36 in the 3,000m, 4:00.80 in the 1,500m and 3:31.35 in the 4x400 relay
• Opened the season by running 2:43.73 in the 1,000m and 4:32.85 in the mile at the Crowell Invitational & Multi on Dec. 6
• Recorded a season-best 8:55.36 in the 3,000m at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 31
• Ran a season-best 4:23.21 in the mile at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22
• Placed fourth in the 1,500m (4:02.87) at the Capital District Classic on April 24
• Ran a season-best 1:58.47 in the 800m at the Red Fox River Rumble on April 18
• Helped the 4x400 relay record a season-best 3:31.35 at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10

• Ran a personal best time of 20:27.2 in the 6K event of the Marist Invitational on Aug. 31
• Hit a personal best of 15:30.7 in the 5K at the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25
• Ran a personal best time of 25:53.5 in the 8K race at the 2024 MAAC Cross Country Championships (52nd overall)
• Clocked in at 8:43.83 in the 3000-meter for a personal best time at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 31-Feb. 1
• Ran a personal best one-mile time of 4:17.46 in the preliminaries of the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22-23 and finished eighth overall with a finals time of 4:19.38
• Bested his previous times in the 800-meter with a time of 2:00.93 at the Black & Gold Invitational on Mar. 28-29
• Placed 22nd overall at the Bison Outdoor Classic on Apr. 12-14 by clocking in at 4:00.32
• Ran a personal best 15:31.83 in the 5,000-meter at the Rider Invitational on Apr. 18-19

• MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
• Ran 2:42.01 in the 1,000-meter in the John Thomas Terrier Invite
• Member of the men's distance medley relay team including Tyler Tkaczyk, PJ Dauer, and Connor Thomas that finished seventh with a time of 10:33.02 in the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Member of the men's 4x400 relay team including PJ Dauer, Jayson Chichelli, and Connor Thomas that finished seventh (3:35.97) in the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships

• Placed 37^th at the 2022 NY Class A Cross Country Championship 
• Helped his team qualify for the 2022 Nike Cross Country National Championship, where he placed 97^th
• Best times include 1:58.73 in the 800, 4:23.91 in the mile, and 9:24.97 in the 3,200
• Earned the Workhorse Award during his freshman season for cross country

• Mother played volleyball at Binghamton from 1986-90
• Has a younger brother - Gregory
• Majoring in Political Science with a career objective to become a lawyer
• Chose Siena because for its' strong sense of community, external opportunities, professors, students, student-athletes, and coaching staff.
