GENERAL
- Illinois State graduate transfer will have one season of eligibility with the Saints in 2019-20
- Third-ever graduate transfer in program history - joining Braedon Bayer and Elijah Burns from last year - and is enrolled in Siena College's new MBA program
- Appeared in 65 games including 14 starts over three seasons at Illinois State (red-shirted as freshman), averaging 2.5 points and 1.5 rebounds spanning 15.5 minutes per game

- 1,000-point scorer at Windermere Preparatory School
- Served as team captain his senior year and averaged 11.0 points while earning All-District acclaim

PERSONAL
- Son of Todd and Maritte Hein
- Father played minor league baseball in the Cleveland Indians organization
- Has a younger brother, Alex, who plays tennis at Randolph-Macon College
- Brother, Daouda (David) N'Diaye, played with Hein for three seasons at Illinois State, and now plays for Southern Utah
- Uncle, Stu Hein, is 1990 Ohio State Hall of Fame inductee (baseball)
