Josh Porcell enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Siena College Men's Lacrosse program.

The 46th pick in the fourth round of the 2008 Major League Lacrosse Draft by the Boston Cannons, Porcell spent five seasons in the league with Boston (2008-09), the Chicago Machine (2010-11) and Ohio Machine (2012).

Porcell has served as the owner of Rogue Lacrosse Inc. based out of nearby Saratoga Springs since 2008.

Porcell previously served as an assistant coach and offensive coordinator at Saratoga Springs High School from 2011-13 and in the collegiate ranks at Skidmore in 2010.

Porcell earned his B.A. in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2009. He played two seasons with the Retrievers (2006-07) in which the program won 21 games and made the NCAA Tournament in both seasons including a berth in the national quarterfinals in 2007.
