Biography

2011: Played in 17 of 18 games...Picked up 20 groundballs and caused nine turnovers...Dished out an assist in MAAC Semifinals win over Jacksonville (5/6).

2010: Played in 17 games off the bench...Had assists against Detroit (4/3) and Mount St. Mary[apos]s (4/24)...Had nine ground balls and caused two turnovers.

2009: Appeared in seven games...Had a goal and an assist against Presbyterian (3/1).

BEFORE SIENA: Earned five letters for lacrosse and two for football...Started five years at midfield for lacrosse in high school/prep...Played kicker/wide receiver in football...Also started two years at defense on the soccer team...Earned Honorable Mention for the All-Greater Rochester (AGR), First team Grall as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL: Born August 27, 1989 in Rochester, N.Y...The son of Andrew and Karen Gallina...Has an older brother Robert who plays soccer at Fairfield and an older sister Lauren who attended Loyola (Md.)...Plans to major in economics...Chose Siena due to its location, athletics and reputation.
