- Captain of the Hauppauge lacrosse team
- Played lacrosse for 12 years; four-year varsity starter who flashed versatility by playing as a long-stick midfielder, defense and attack
- Also played libero and outside hitter for six years on the volleyball team
- Also played basketball for five years
- Named a US Lacrosse All-American
- Named a Suffolk County All-Long Island selection
- Selected as the Suffolk County Long-Stick Midfielder of the Year
- Named to Newsday's Long Island Top 100 players in 2023
- Two-time All-Suffolk County team selection
- Suffolk County Division 2 Rookie of the Year
- Named Hapuppauge's Most Outstanding Team Sport Athlete
- Two-time Hauppauge Varsity Lacrosse MVP
PERSONAL:

- Son of Dan and Lorraine
- Has a brother - Kevin - and a sister - Danielle, who played volleyball at LIU Post from 2014-2017 and was an All-ECC First Team selection
- Undecided major, but would like to own his own business someday
- Chose Siena because of the small class size and the coaching staff
- Has volunteered for several causes including numerous lacrosse camps, refereed games, the Pumpkin Patch fund raiser for Calvary Lutheran Church, food and clothing drives
- Other volunteer efforts supported the Kindness Rocks for the Community, Spring Greeting cards for the Nursing Homes program, Troopon Coupons project, Smithtown Historical Society Easter Egg hunt and Team Mackenzie Volleyball Tournament
