Final Stats

The two teams split their six singles matches, but Lafayette won all three doubles competitions to pick up the deciding point in a 4-3 win over Siena Saturday. Sarah Mayer, Taylor Barvoets and Karina Davis each won their singles matches for the Saints.

Mayer and Barvoets continued their strong play with wins at first and second singles, and Davis picked up the victory playing fourth singles, as Siena controlled the action on the top end. Julia Strang topped Denisa Hluchova 6-2 and 6-3 at third singles and Ansley Scudder and Steph Rosman won at fifth and sixth singles to account for the single split.

The match marked the end of team play for the fall season. Saray Mayer and Taylor Barvoets will compete in the ITA Eastern Championships at Army next weekend.
