Final Stats

Fairfield beat Siena 7-0 in a MAAC women's tennis match Saturday afternoon. The Stags won two of the three doubles matches and swept the singles competition.

"We fell behind during doubles play and we were unable to recover any momentum," Head Coach Andy Christodoulou said. " We knew this match was going to be a tough match-up. After all they are defending MAAC champs. The girls played hard and made them earn every point. I am very proud of them."

Jasleen Sandhu and Nicole Ross posted Siena's lone victory of the day at top doubles.
