Time Warner Cable SportsChannel Televising 16 Siena Basketball Games

Dec. 4, 2013

Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and Siena College are continuing their long-standing programming and marketing partnership to include 16 live televised Siena basketball games this winter.

The 2013-14 package includes this Friday night's men's game at Niagara, 10 additional men's home games, a record five women's home games, and at least six editions of the "Saints Alive!" Show. The live event coverage will be available to Time Warner Cable subscribers throughout New York State for the fourth consecutive year.

"We're thrilled to again partner with Siena College to televise live basketball games this season," said Steve Arvan, Senior Director of Local Sports Programming at Time Warner Cable. "Siena fans are very passionate and we're happy to be able to provide them with live games and non-game programming about their favorite team."

Six Siena Saints Alive! Coaches' Shows will also air on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel this winter and several men's lacrosse home games will again be televised as part of the partnership. Those telecasts will be released at a later time.

"We are excited to continue our relationship with Time Warner Cable Sports," Siena College Director of Athletics John D'Argenio said. "The ability to distribute our athletic events across the state is a great opportunity to showcase not just our department, but the entire College."
