Complete Results 
The Siena women's swimming and diving team wrapped up their season with a seventh place showing in the MAAC Championships. The Saints moved up two spots in the final day to grab that finish.
"We had some break through swim in finals that helped us move up in the standings," head coach Paul Kueterman said. "I thought each individual on this team fought today and the entire meet and showed their heart."
The best finish on the evening, and in the championships, came in the 200y fly with senior Kaela Bjornberg finishing fifth overall (2:08.16), while Amanda York finished eighth (2:09.42).
Siena also had two swimmers accumulate points in the 1650y free with Jacque Medina touching the wall in ninth (17:48.30), while Megan Grace stopped at 12th (17:55.90).
In the 100y free Shannon Love clocked in at ninth with a career-best 53.21, while Dana Tricarico also tallied a point with a 16th place showing (54.80).
Siena also rattled off points in the 200 breast with Kelsey Helin shattering a personal-best with a time of 2:29.63 good enough for 11th overall. Lauren Daly finished in 16th (2:36.66).
In the 200 back, Katherine Canavan finished with a time of 2:12.99 and Valerie Zeffiro recorded 2:13.89.
Rounding out the events was an eighth place showing in the 400 free with the relay team comprised of Tricarico, Medina, Lea Allen, and Love.
Marist was the overall winner of the weekend to grab their second consecutive title. Rider was second (608) followed by Loyola (443), Canisius (391), Saint Peter's (346), Iona (336), Siena (276), Fairfield (263), Niagara (256), and Manhattan (77).
It is the second straight season that the Saints have had a seventh place showing in the MAAC. Siena will return all but one swimmer for the 2013-14 season.
