Braz, Singh Named to All-MAAC Second Team

Freshman Allysa Singh and sophomore Cassandra Braz each earned all-league recognition at the MAAC Men's and Women's Tennis Awards Banquet in West Windsor, N.J. Friday night. Singh was named to the MAAC Second Team at No. 3 singles and Braz was selected at No. 6 singles.

Singh had a strong freshman season, finishing 11-5 in singles play, including a 6-2 mark at No. 3 singles. Braz went 7-15 overall and 3-4 in the MAAC.

Six men joined women's senior Brittany Filip on the MAAC All-Academic Team: Alex Burbine, Peter Collins, Joseph Holm, Vik Kadaba, Darren Reich and Ryan Schmitz.
