Siena swept the top three singles spots, but Colgate took care of business at the bottom of the rotation and won the doubles point to edge shorthanded Siena 4-3 in Hamilton Saturday.

Freshman sensation Julia Dunbar and sophomore star Mitsuki Fukamachi each sat out with injuries for the Saints.

Ali Garrity defeated Jennifer Ho in a classic three-set match at top singles, and freshman Rina Sakai rallied after losing the first set to post an even tighter win at No. 2 singles for Siena. Allysa Singh picked up her second straight win playing up in the rotation, knocking off Katie Grant 6-0 and 6-2 at No. 3 singles.

Colgate swept the other three singles match, with Siena's Erika Reagan being forced to retire at No. 5 singles after dropping a 6-4 decision in the first set.

The match ended up coming down to the doubles point and the Raiders swept all three competitions.

Siena falls to 6-5 on the season. The Saints play at Merrimack next Sunday.
