The Siena women's tennis team suffered a 4-0 setback at Army West Point on Saturday morning. Due to time constraints the match was cut short.
In singles play, freshman Natalie Weaver won the first set 6-2 but was trailing 3-1 when play was suspended. At third singles, Mitsuki Fukamachi lost first set 6-2 but led 3-1 in 2nd set when play was halted. At the second singles spot, Rina Sakai dropped the first set 6-1 and the score was 3-3 in the second set when play was suspended.
In doubles action, Army captured two of the three spots to secure the double points for the Black Knights. Army was leading in the first doubles match 5-3 when play was stopped.
The Saints return to the court Sunday against Stony Brook at 1 p.m. in West Point, N.Y.
