May 18, 2016 Final Results 
Siena Men's Golf's season came to end Wednesday with the conclusion of the 2016 NCAA Men's Golf Regional in Marana, Ariz. at the Gallery Golf Club. The Saints finished the final round in 14th place in the program's first regional appearance since 2007. Scott Kim paced Siena with a third round score of 77. The team made a ten shot improvement from the second to the third round.
Stanford takes first place in the region after the Cardinal carded a three round team score of 28 under par. Oregon placed second as the Ducks shot a final round of -15 while UAB, Cal and Wake Forest comprise the rest of the top five. These teams will advance to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore.
Four Saints recorded birdies on the final day of the regional. Freshman Tanner Donovan led the team with three while classmate Jack Bellardini added one. Kim and Michael Christifulli each added one apiece to tally the final two.
Bellardini and Christifulli shot sub-80 scores, with rounds of 79 to place second on the team in scoring. Donovan and Michael Shine closed out the team score.
The regional marked the final tournament for Siena for the 2015-16 season. The Saints captured the program's fourth MAAC Championship this year and will return to the course in September for its fall season.
