Siena women's tennis took down Bryant 4-3 on Sunday morning. The Saints went 3-0 over their games matches this weekend.
" I am impressed with the girls start to the spring season and this weekend the ladies picked up three great non conference wins," said head coach Jeff Osborn.
The Saints remain unbeaten at 5-0 slipping past Bryant University 4-3. In Doubles, Ali Garrity and Mitsuki Fukamachi won at 1 doubles 6-2 but the Saints failed to get point losing 6-4 at both 2 and 3 doubles.
In singles Siena made up the deficit and played strong on all six courts losing in 3 sets on one and four but winning all four other courts to get the Win. Match was all square at 3-3 and Freshman Juliana Goehner came up big to clinch the match at 6 singles 6-4, 6-2.
Siena will travel to face Colgate on Feb. 10 at 4 p.m.
