Sophomore Sarah Forman completed in the final meet of the indoor season for the Track program at the ECAC/IC4A Championship.

"This championship, and the outdoor event as well, are really important for the growth of our programs," said head coach John Kenworthy. "They provide a great carrot to look to after the MAAC Championships and bring a new level of competition that will help us continue to improve. Watching Sarah take another leap forward, building on her MAAC championship race, is exactly what we want to see when we bring athletes to a higher level meet. Now the goal is to grow the group we have qualifying, and each year put athletes higher and higher in the results."

Forman set a personal record with her 9:45.52 in the 3000m. She finished third in her heat and 13th overall.

The Saints will begin their outdoor season on Mar. 25 when they head to West Long Branch, New Jersey for the Monmouth Invitational.
