Ten things to know for Thursday's game versus Colgate:
- Siena Women's Basketball returns to home action after a three-game road trip, including a pair of contests at the TD Bank Classic in Burlington, VT last weekend. The affair saw the team pick up their first two wins of the season, including the first in neutral site competition since 2015.
- After falling in a 51-39 decision to Drexel Friday evening, the Saints rebounded with a 74-71 win over Wagner in double-overtime on Saturday. The contest featured just the seventh multi-overtime contest in program history, and the first since Jan. 12, 2017. Siena improved to 4-3 in a double-overtime competition and 2-0 in non-conference play, while posting its lowest point total ever in a double-overtime win.
- Junior Maddie Sims (24 points & 10 rebounds) recorded her second double-double in her last three games, bringing this season's team double-double total to three.
- Sims joined senior Deja Rawls (tied – 15) in recording career highs in points in the victory.
- Saturday's contest saw four Saints hit double-digit scoring for the second time in the last three games as well.
- The team's 22 free throws made were their most in a contest since connecting on 24 free shots on Jan. 18, 2018 against Marist (19 games).
- After recording a season-high five assists on Saturday, Deja Rawls sits in 22nd in program history in the category (254). Rawls needs three more helps to tie Janice Nowak (1982-85, 257) for 21st.
- Siena owns a 17-3 all-time record over Colgate and has defeated the Raiders in each of the last two and three of the last four seasons, including a 73-70 overtime victory on Nov. 29, 2017 in Hamilton, NY. The two played each other bi-annually throughout the 1980's and early 1990's and were both part of the Middle Eastern College Association during the 1986-87 season.
- Colgate is the only Patriot League opponent that the Green and Gold will face this season, with the Saint holding an 8-17 all-time mark against the conference.
- Siena posted several notable team numbers in its 86-81 thriller over Howard on Nov. 19. The team posted its highest point total since defeating Monmouth, 91-86 in double-overtime on Jan. 12, 2017. The team's nine made three-pointers were its most in a contest since draining nine in a win over Canisius on Feb. 18, 2017. Furthermore, four Saints put up double-digit scoring for the first time since a Feb. 25, 2018 win over Saint Peter's.
