The Siena Saints men's and women's track team was well represented on Saturday afternoon, as a select group of top runners from the season competed at the ECAC/Ic4A Championships. The event was held at Boston University, as senior
Sarah Forman took the top finish on the day, as the only advancing Saint to Sunday's final event.
Forman finished eighth in the women's mile, with a time of 4:48.30, putting her in tomorrow's final. The final for the event will kick off at 12:10 p.m. Camryn and
Sydney Johnson each competed in the Women's 5000m run, finishing 25
th and 27
th, as Camryn took 25
th with a time of 17:52.47, while Sydney took 27
th with a time of 17:56.99.
Luciano Fiore took home a 27
th place finish in the men's 800m run, with a time of 1:53.09.
Evans Kibet posted a 21
st place finish in the men's mile, putting up a time of 4:12.79. The men's distance medley squad of
Jack O'Hara,
Ryan Holland, Matthew Jacques, and
Michael Rautter finished 21
st with a time of 10:19.72.
The Saints will turn to Forman on Sunday, as she will be the only Saint on the schedule to compete. Her performance in the final for the Women's Mile kicks off at 12:10 p.m.
