Junior Annie Brennan scored four times and led the Siena Saints in a second half comeback as they topped the Quinnipiac Bobcats by a final score of 11-7. The Saints have now won three in a row, and all nine of their wins have come in the last 11 games. With the win, the Green and Gold have clinched a spot in this year's MAAC Tournament for the first time since 2015.

Siena (9-5, 5-1) also saw a four-point night from redshirt freshman Kaitlyn Dowsett, as she scored three goals and an assist. Sophomore Kerry Gerety also scored twice with an assist, while senior Sammy Horton was solid in net with 10 saves in the win. With her appearance in the game, Horton tied the career games played mark for goalkeepers in program history.

Quinnipiac (5-9, 2-4) was led by a five-point night from Maddie Deegan, who scored five goals in the game. Allison Kuhn scored a goal and an assist to follow up Deegan's performance. Goalie Sami Walters made 10 saves in the loss for the Bobcats.

The Saints got off to a fast start as Annie Brennan scored 29 seconds into the first half, giving the Saints a 1-0 lead. Gerety would back up Brennan's goal at the 22:52 mark for a 2-0 lead before the Bobcats tied things up with goals. Things stayed tied at 2-2 for almost 10 minutes when Brennan scored her second goal of the game at the 9:33 mark to give the Green and Gold a 3-2 lead. However, Quinnipiac ended the half on a 3-0 run with all goals coming in a 48-second span before halftime with a 5-3 lead.

Despite starting off with a goal in the second half, Quinnipiac quickly fell behind as the Saints ran off 6-0 run over 16 minutes to come back and take a 9-6 lead by the 10:51 mark in the second half. During the run, Dowsett would score three times, Brennan and Gerety each once, as well as Alexandra Rekos with her second goal of the season. The Bobcats added another goal before Nicole McNeely and Brennan capped the game with a pair of goals to push the Saints to the 11-7 win.

The Saints outshot the Bobcats in both halves, finishing overall with a 34-21 advantage. Siena also was perfect in clear attempts, going 18-for-18
