The Siena men's and women's track and field team each had a representative hit the track on Thursday evening, as seniors
William Randall and
Sarah Forman each competed in the prestigious Penn Relays in Philadelphia.
In the women's 3000m run, Forman set a new personal record, school record, and ECAC/IC4A qualifying time. In the men's 3000m steeplechase, Randall would also set the same marks, setting a qualifying time for ECAC/IC4A, a new program record, and a new personal record. He would finish in 23
rd out of 44 runners with a time of 9:11.93, topping the program record he previously set last May at the MAAC Championships by three seconds.
The Saints will return to action tomorrow, Friday, April 26 when the Men's Distance Medley team take to the track at the Penn Relays at 2:35 p.m.
