Ten things you need to know in Siena's game vs. Canisius:
-           The Saints won a coin flip against the Iona Gaels for the No. 6 seed in the tournament. Both squads finished the MAAC regular season in a tie at 8-12, and were tied with their record against the teams that finished in front of them.
-           This will be the fourth matchup between the Saints and Golden Griffins in the MAAC Tournament. The Saints won the first two matchups, while Canisius got the best of Siena in their latest matchup.
-           With a win Tuesday, the Saints would get a day off Wednesday before facing the #3 seeded Fairfield Stags on Thursday at 12 PM. Siena is currently 0-2 against the Stags this season, losing just last Thursday at Fairfield.
-           Siena's last victory in the MAAC Tournament came in the 2017-18 season when they defeated #6 seeded Niagara 71-60 in the Quarterfinals at the Times Union Center.
-           Senior Sabrina Piper collected her 1,000 career point on Saturday night at Marist, hitting a jumper from the lane for the landmark in the first quarter. The Paris, France native becomes Siena's 29th player on the list. She is the latest since both Kollyns Scarbrough and current Director of Basketball Operations Meghan Donohue each eclipsed the mark in 2016-17. Piper has collected 42 games of double-digit scoring in her career.
-           Piper scored 21 points at Marist in the season finale on Saturday. It would be the fifth time this season she would score more than 20 points, and her first since Jan. 18 at Rider.
-           The Saints 29-point victory over the Canisius Golden Griffins at home was the Green and Gold's largest margin of victory in a game since they defeated Saint Peter's 70-36 back on Feb. 25, 2018 on Senior Day. Both games were played in the Alumni Recreation Center.
-           Senior Sabrina Piper has only missed one game in her four-year career at Siena, earning a DNP (Coaches' discretion) at UAlbany her freshman season. She is on pace to finish fifth on the all-time games played list.
-           Sophomore Lala Watts has now entered the Top 10 list for blocked shots in a single season.  She is currently ranks second all-time with 61 blocks as she passed Serena Moore's 2009-10 total of 51. Leading the top of the list is Laura Lord's 85-86 total of 74 blocks.
-           In addition, Watts ranks first in the MAAC in blocked shots, currently averaging 2.2 blocks per game. She is the only play in the MAAC averaging over two blocks per game, as Saint Peter's Zoe Pero ranks second with a 1.6 blocks per game average. Watts' 60 blocked shots rank 26th in the NCAA, while her 2.2 blocks per game also ranks 28th in the country.
