Box Score Despite gaining an early lead, the Siena Women's tennis team couldn't hang on for their first MAAC win of the season as they fell 5-2 to the Quinnipiac Bobcats on the road.
 
The Saints started strong in doubles play as Meagan Brown and Kylie Mullaney secured a victory on court 1 by a score of 6-4, followed by a win on court 3 from Emma Boggiali and Maanya Viswanath. With the pair of victories, the Saints took the 1-0 lead heading into singles play.
 
Siena was not so lucky in singles, with only one win coming from Boggiali by a final of 4-6, 6-2, 6-1 on court 5. All other courts for the Saints fell in straight sets, except for Petra Miszczak on court 3 as she fell 6-3, 5-7, 7-6 (3).
 
The Saints return to action tomorrow, Sunday, Apr. 11 when they continue their road in Connecticut and take on the Fairfield Stags. Opening serve for the matchup gets things going at 12 p.m.
