LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Athletics announced the hiring of Ellen Snyder as its new Administrative Assistant for the coming 2021-22 academic year. As part of the newly created position, she will provide administrative assistance to the Athletic Department.
 
"We are excited to welcome Ellen to Loudonville as part of the Siena family," Business Manager/Administrative Assistant Heidi Speer said. "She will aid our administration in operating at a high level and will provide a friendly face when guests enter the athletics offices."
 
 A native of nearby Slingerlands, New York, Snyder has been a member of the Guilderland PTA since 2006 and served on several other volunteer positions within the Guilderland School District. She worked as a pharmaceutical sales specialist at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals from 1994-2001 before leaving the field to raise a family.
 
Snyder received a bachelor's degree in public communications from The College of Saint Rose in 1991. She resides with her husband, Kevin, and her three children, Aidan, Paige, and Brooke.
