LOUDONVILLE, NY – Festa Vino, the Capital Region's premiere food, wine and spirits celebration, returns on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 5:30 p.m. at the Callanan Field House located in the Marcelle Athletic Complex. Proceeds from this signature annual event benefit both the Saints Alive! Athletic Fund, which directly supports more than 350 student athletes, as well as the President's Fund for Excellence, supporting strategic initiatives and special projects that enhance our institution's impact and innovation.
 
Presented by Siena University and All Star Wine & Spirits, Festa Vino features a wonderful evening filled with delicious bites, great drinks, and even better company. Guests will enjoy tastings from some of the Capital Region's top restaurants, wineries, breweries, and spirit makers all coming together to support Siena's Education for a Lifetime. Siena student athletes help work the event and will be present to mingle and interact with patrons.
 
Siena is still currently accepting food vendors, sponsors, and honorary committee members for Festa Vino, which can be secured online at siena.edu/festavino. A $200 stipend is being provided to food vendors. Sponsorship levels start at just $250 to join the Honorary Committee all the way up to $10,000 for an Imperial Sponsorship, with all sponsorship levels yielding premium benefits. Sponsorship opportunities are being accepted through Oct. 10.
 
Regular admission to enjoy the 23^rd edition of Festa Vino is $100, and tickets can be purchased online at siena.edu/festavino or by clicking the corresponding link. Young alumni admission for Siena alumni from class years 2016-25 is $75.
 
Festa Vino is one of the signature fundraising events for Siena, with net proceeds benefiting both the Saints Alive! Athletic Fund and the mission of Siena. The Saints Alive! Athletic Fund is the primary fundraising arm for the department, which impacts all student athletes, coaches, and their programs, and helps further the mission of "Building Better Saints."
