LOUDONVILLE, NY – The Siena Men's Tennis program announced the addition of freshman
Edward Vo to the program. Vo is the line signee for the Class of 2026, joining a Saints program that set a program record in wins in 2021-22.
A native of Croydon Park, Australia, Vo represented Australia in the Junior Davis Cup in 2019 in Orlando, Florida, and competed in the Junior Australian Open singles and doubles competition in 2019 and 2020. He earned a top three ranking in Australia in U-16 competition in 2019, winning four Junior ITF doubles events and appearing in two semifinals for singles ITF Junior events. Vo also was team captain of his high school tennis team at Prince Alfred College.
The Siena Men's Tennis team is coming off a 2021-22 season where they set a new program record in wins, finishing the season 14-9, and with a 4-2 regular season mark in the MAAC. The second seed was the highest seed in program history, with the appearance in the tournament being the first since 2009-10.
Tomas del Olmo returns for a fifth go-around in Green and Gold, while
Dante Russo and
Agustin Suarez will also be key pieces at the top of the lineup.
