UCF scored in each of their first six innings at bat to complete the season-opening three-game sweep of Siena Baseball 11-1 in a seven-inning run rule.
 
UCF (3-0) scored multiple runs in each of the first four innings to jump out to a 9-0 lead. Lex Boedicker and Tom Josten both homered for the Knights, with Josten finishing with a pair of hits and runs scored to lead the attack.
 
Siena (0-3) struck for its lone run in the sixth on an RBI double by freshman Danny Barbero to plate classmate Aiden Stewart. Vincent DiNicola led the way offensively going a perfect 3-for-3 to account for half the Saints hits.
 
Matt Kahn tossed a scoreless 1-2-3 inning on the mound for Siena, while newcomer Ramsey Collins didn't allow a hit nor an earned run while striking out a pair over two innings of relief.
 
The Saints return to the Sunshine State next weekend to open a four-game series at Jacksonville Friday at 6 p.m.
