LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Women's Golf's Manoela Barcellos earned the program's first MAAC weekly honor of the 2022-23 season following a top-ten individual finish last weekend. The sophomore was named the MAAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the first time in her collegiate career, the league announced Wednesday afternoon.

The Itatiba, Brazil native led the Saints by finishing tied for ninth individually at last weekend's JEL Golf Collegiate in Grasonville, Maryland. Barcellos recorded a 36-hole score of 153 by way of carding rounds of 77 and 76.

Siena Women's Golf's spring campaign continues April 10-11 at the St. John's Invitational in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York.
