It was a light day for the Siena Women's Tennis team on the opening day of the ITA Northeast Regionals in Cambridge, MA on the campus of Harvard University on Thursday.
Sophomore
Manuela Gomez dropped her match in the round of 128 in the singles qualifiers draw to the main draw against Brown University's Addison Alstrom 6-3, 6-3.
Several more Saints will be in action on Friday including
Andrea Vargas taking on Mirabelle Brettkelly of Yale in the singles main draw.
In the doubles main draw, Vargas and
Madeline De Faber-Schumacher will face Isabel Petri Bere and Caroline Hinshaw of UConn.
Zaara Omar and
Reegan Mullaney will also be in action as the duo will square off versus Sophie Herrman and Klara Nelander of Rhode Island in the round of 64.
