A pair Siena Swim & Dive program records fell on day two of the ECAC Winter Championships in East Meadow, NY on Saturday.
Hope Ivanovich laid claim to the 100 fly mark, while
GayLynn Kirn set the new standard in the 200 free as the Saints enter Sunday's final day in second place with 996 points, just 5.5 behind first place Monmouth.

Ivanovich was crowned the ECAC champion in the 100 fly following her program record time of 55.02. The sophomore broke the previous record of 56.28 set by Jessica Shine in 2022, and is now currently the fourth swimmer in program history to hold two or more records (200 fly).Â

Kirn swam 1:54.74 in the 200 free, good enough for second place and a new program record that she set by 0.04 seconds. The previous record of 1:52.78 was set in 2010 by newly inducted Siena Hall of Famer, Molly Chamberlain.Â

Aside from the program records, a pair of swimmers also clocked top-10 program performances.
Leslie Dame entered the performance list in the 100 fly with a prelim time of 57:86 (7th), and in the 100 breast (10th, 1:06.96), while
Natalie Blume clocked the fifth fastest 200 free in 1:54.42. Dame placed eighth in the 100 fly and 10th in the 100 breast.Â

Shaylea Triller,
Mea Amedio, and
Kylie Carter swam to impressive finishes in the 200 free - Triller placing fourth in 1:54.41, Amedio eighth in 1:56.51, and Carter ninth in 1:55.53.Â

In the 100 breast,
Olivia Martin placed third with a finals time of 1:05.24.

The 200 medley relay team of Amedio, Martin, Ivanovich, and Triller logged a fifth place finish in 1:46.86. Later in the 800 free relay, Amedio, Kirn, Triller, and
Maddie Buck placed fourth as Siena's top group, touching the wall in 7:45.77.Â

Claire Donlon and
Sydney Murray competed in the 3m dive as well - Donlon taking third place with a 198 flat, and Murray fourth with a 188.55.Â

The third and final day on Sunday will begin with prelims at 9 a.m., with finals set for 4 p.m.
