Siena Men's Tennis was able to push a pair of longer matches in singles play on Friday at the Vidas Courts, but the Saints ultimately fell to Drexel 4-0 in Philadelphia.
Freshman
Oscar Martinez had the strongest showing on the day by winning the opening set 6-3 before dropping the next two sets by the scores of 6-4 and 6-2 to the Dragons' Hussein El Tawil at the singles No. 2 position.
Siena junior
Maxwell Acri forced a tie-break in his first set against Alex De Sousa and was defeated 7-6 (7-3), 6-2 at the singles No. 3 spot.
"Our energy was relentless today," said Siena men's tennis head coach
