Laia Giralt and Manuela Gomez each picked up victories in singles play and teamed together for another win, but Siena Women's Tennis fell in their non conference match to Seton Hall 5-2 on Friday night at Tri-City Fitness in Latham.
 
Giralt and Gomez topped the team of Paige Wise and Anastasia Sereoa 7-5 from the doubles No. 1 position to represent the Saints' lone doubles win.
 
Individually, Giralt bested a fellow senior in Wise 6-1, 6-4 to earn her 39^th career singles victory from the No. 2 spot while Gomez outlasted freshman Isabelle Einess 6-4, 0-6, 7-6 (2) to move back over the .500 mark in singles play at 6-5. 
 
Next, Siena returns to action on Saturday at 6:15 p.m. versus Drexel once again from Tri-City Fitness in Latham.
