Siena Women's Tennis dropped its non-conference road match at Cornell 6-1 on Sunday from Ithaca, NY at the Reis Tennis Center.
The Saints (1-6) received a victory from No. 6 singles player
Madeline De Faber-Schumacher.
De Faber-Schumacher, a junior from Phoenixville, PA, rallied after dropping the first set to overcome sophomore Martina Marica 4-6, 6-3, 6-3.
The Big Red improved its season record to 5-2 and have won four straight matches.
Next, Siena returns to action this Saturday, Feb. 22 at Le Moyne (3-2) at 7 p.m. from Elevate Fitness.
