Three pitchers combined on a three-hit shutout, and for the second straight day Fairfield produced a decisive five-run fifth, as the Stags took both the finale and series from Siena Baseball 10-0 via mercy rule in eight innings.
 
Kyle Lesler allowed just one hit and a pair of walks while striking out six over six scoreless to earn the win for Fairfield (14-7, 5-1).
 
Nick Sturino tallied three hits, Dean Ferrara knocked in three on a bases-clearing double in the fifth, and Matt Bucciero homered and scored three times to pace the Stags offensively.
 
Sean Camacho worked three walks and stole a pair of bases to provide the offense for Siena (4-16, 2-14).
 
The Saints now head into their first five-game week of the season, beginning with a non-conference matchup down at LIU on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
