LATHAM, NY – The Siena Women's Tennis team dropped its final non-conference match against St. Francis (PA) 6-1 on Sunday at Shaker High School.
The Saints fell to 9-9 overall while the Red Flash improved to 13-8 on the season.
Senior
Madeline De Faber-Schumacher earned a win at the No. 5 position over Reagan Mangan 6-1, 6-7 (7), 13-11 for the lone Saints' win.
In doing so, De Faber-Schumacher moved into second place all-time in career singles wins with 56, passing former teammate
Laia Giralt (55 career singles wins).
On the season, she improved to 18-5 in singles play including 8-2 from the singles No. 5 position.
