LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Men's Soccer Head Coach Graciano Brito has announced the addition of midfielder Luca Wust to the Saints' roster for the upcoming season.

"Luca is a very talented young man who has already demonstrated leadership and maturity through his entrepreneurial success," said Brito. "His quality in the midfield, combined with his experience and work ethic, will be a tremendous asset to our team. We're excited about everything he'll bring to our program, both on and off the field, and we're thrilled to welcome Luca and his family to the Siena soccer family. 

A native of Simmern, Germany, Wust joins Siena after competing for TSV Schott Mainz, where he developed into one of the club's top midfielders.

Wust started all 25 of his appearances during the U19 Bundesliga season while serving as team captain, demonstrating both consistency and leadership at one of Germany's highest levels of youth soccer. In addition to his success at the youth level, he gained valuable senior experience by making eight appearances in the Regionalliga and five appearances in the Oberliga.

The midfielder brings leadership, technical quality, and experience competing in one of Europe's premier player development systems as Siena continues to build on a historic season that saw the Saints capture their first-ever conference championship and earn the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance.
