2024-25 (JUNIOR):
  • Finished with a personal best time of 21:23.0 in the 6K race of the Marist Invitational on Aug. 31
  • Ran 58th overall with a personal best of 15:52.5 in the 5K of the CCSU Mini Meet on Oct. 25
  • Placed 114th overall and ran a personal best of 27:05.2 in the 8K event at the 2024 MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 2
  • Finished third in the 1,000-meter at the Utica Winter Open on Jan. 17 (2:33.64)
  • Clocked in at a personal best 2:30.30 in the 1,000-meter at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational on Feb. 14-15
  • Part of 4x800 relay team that finished in eighth place in the 2025 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10-11 (8:08.31)  
2023-24 (SOPHOMORE):
  • MAAC Academic Team and MAAC Honor Roll member
  • Named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) All-District Team
  • Part of men's 4x400 relay group with Luke Tkaczyk, Tyler Greene, and Killian McNamee  that finished  second with a time of 3:38.81 at the Utica Winter Invite
  • Ran the 5,000-meter in 2:40.53 at the John Thomas Terrier Invite
  • Part of men's distance medley relay team including Tyler Tkaczyk, Marcus Homa and Connor Thomas that finished seventh with a time of 10:33.02 in the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships
  • Part of men's 4x800-meter relay team including Jayson Chichelli, freshman Tyler Tkaczyk, senior Griffin Cooke that took eighth with a time of 7:49.45 in the IC4A/ECAC Championships
  • Ran the men's 800-meter in 2:04.31 to finish tops on the team in the Black & Gold Invitational
  • Finished ninth in the men's unseeded 800 with a time of 1:58.83 at the Bison Outdoor Classic
  • Part of the men's 4x400 relay including Jayson Chichelli, Marcus Homa, and Connor Thomas that finished seventh (3:35.97) at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships
2022-23 (FRESHMAN):
  • MAAC Academic Honor Roll member
  • Given the Male Captain's Award for 2022-23
  • Competed in four indoor track and six outdoor track events
  • Ran a personal best in the 1,000 (2:41.40) at the Terrier Classic on January 27
  • Finished 26th in the 800 and part of the 4x400 team that placed seventh at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
  • Ran a personal best in the 800 (1:59.97) at the RPI Under The Lights Invite
  • Earned the Iron Saint Team Award for Men's XC/Track
