• Competed in four cross country meets as a junior
• Opened the season with a season-best 6K time of 21:23.8 and a 42nd-place finish at the Marist Invitational on Aug. 30
• Posted a 26:52.2 effort at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational on Sept. 13
• Finished 132nd in 26:34.3 at the IC4A/ECAC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 17
• Recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:15.4 and season-best finish of 66th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships on Nov. 1
• Competed in five track meets, racing the 800m, 3,000m, mile and 4x800 relay
• Recorded one top-five finish
• Posted season-best marks of 8:52.65 in the 3,000m, 4:35.88 in the mile and 1:56.39 in the 800m
• Finished second in the 3,000m (8:52.65) at the Crowell Invitational & Multi on Dec. 6
• Recorded a season-best mile time of 4:35.88 at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic on Jan. 31
• Ran a season-best 1:56.39 in the 800m at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 6
• Finished 11th in the 800m preliminaries (1:57.07) at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22

• Personal best time of 27:15.4 in the 8K event of the 2024 IC4A / ECAC XC Championship on Oct. 18
• Member of the 4x400 relay team (Noah Smith, PJ Dauer, and Marcus Homa) that finished fifth (3:35.23) on Mar. 28-29 in the Black & Gold Invitational
• Placed fifth and recorded a personal best in the 800-meter (1:56.42) at the RPI Capital District Classic Invitational on Apr. 25
• Member of 4x800 relay team that placed eighth (8:08.31) at the 2025 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10-11 

• Ran the John Thomas Terrier Invite one-mile event in 4:22.29
• Finished in third place in the men's one-mile with a time of 4:20.39 in the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Part of men's distance medley relay team that included Marcus Homa, PJ Dauer, Connor Thomas  to finish seventh with a time of 10:33.02 to score two points.
• Part of men's distance medley relay team that included Jayson Chichelli, Griffin Cooke, and PJ Dauer that took eighth in the men's 4x800 relay with a time of 7:49.45.

• Took sixth place at the 2022 New Hampshire Cross Country Meet of Champions and 72^nd place at the 2022 New England Cross Country Championships
• Best times include 4:23.34 in the mile, 8:48.93 in the 3,000, and 15:31.60 in the 5k
• Also competed for four years in basketball and 10 years for track and cross country

• Has an older brother - Luke '25 - who is also a member of the cross country & track program
• Has two cousins who run track at the University of Virginia
• Majoring in Marketing
• Competes in trail racing and has aspirations to represent Team USA at the World Trail Championships
• Chose Siena for the great atmosphere, campus, business school and track team
