Final Stats
Loudonville, N.Y. - The Siena women's lacrosse team (0-3) lost 19-3 on the road to Stony Brook this afternoon. Three Saints tallied four ground balls in the loss.
Siena got a goal apiece from Lindsey Rosecrans, Christina Pampalone and Lynn Harkins. Two of the Saints goals came from free position opportunities.
Goal keeper Bethany Zimmer made six saves on the afternoon for Siena.
The Saints were doubled up in shots fired, 34-17.
Six Siena players scooped up at least two ground balls in the loss.
Six players for Stony Brook finished with two or more points led by Amy Taylor's six points, which came on five goals and an assist. Carlee Buck had a game-high three assists.
Siena is next in action on Tuesday as they travel to Olean, N.Y., to take on St. Bonaventure with a 3:30 p.m. face-off.
