Siena senior Edwin Ubiles was named to the roster for the Hershey's All-Stars, which will take on the Reese's All-Stars in the 2010 Reese's College All-Star Game, in announcement by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) on Wednesday.
Being played as part of Final Four Friday at Lucas Oil Stadium, the game is slated to tip at 4:35 p.m. ET and admission is free. The contest will also be televised on CBS College Sports. All 22 participants are seniors and were selected by the NABC.
Ubiles recently finished one of the top careers in program history. He scored 1,939 points in his four years with the program, the third most in Siena history.
Ubiles also grabbed 560 rebounds, dished out 262 assists, had 157 steals and added 95 blocked shots. He shot 50% from the field for his career and averaged double figures in each of his four seasons, reaching double digits in 106 of the 131 games he played while scoring 20 points or more 32 times.
In 2009-10, Ubiles averaged 15.3 points per game and shot 40% from 3-point range. He sat out four games with various ailments.
