10 Siena field hockey student-athletes have been honored with spots on the 2010 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Collegiate National Academic Team. These honorees achieved at least a 3.0 GPA during the first semester of the 2010-11 academic year.
Heading the list are co-captains Lisa Heimerle and Brittany Moran. Both have been on this prestigious list in each season they've played, showing their abilities to excel on and off the field.
Siena's other honorees are juniors Jenna Gifford, Jess Murphy, Jenn Reich, and Sarah Szewczyk, sophomores Kelly Johansmeyer and Olivia Whelly, and freshmen Cory dela Gorgendiere and Jessica Smith.
