Siena basketball coaches Gina Castelli and Mitch Buonaguro fielded questions from the local media Tuesday during the weekly Siena basketball media luncheon. You can catch every question and answer online at Siena All-Access, where the archive is available free of charge.
The Siena women have won two of their last three, and currently sit tied for fifth in the MAAC. They'll go on the road to battle fourth-place Manhattan Thursday night before hosting Iona Saturday afternoon in the program's annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day celebration.
Meanwhile, the Siena men will put their six-game winning streak at the Times Union Center on the line Friday night against reigning MAAC champion Saint Peter's in the annual Gold Rush game. The first 4,000 fans in attendance will receive a free rally towel, and all kids 12 and under will receive free admission as part of G.E. Kids in Free day.
