Results 
Eight different players scored and Stephani Pouder tallied ten saves and a team-high four assists as the Saints salvaged the final game of their California trip pounding the California Institute of Technology 15-4. The four goals allowed was the best defensive effort by the Saints since defeating Vanguard 13-1 in 2011.
Siena (7-11) took a 7-3 lead into halftime and never looked back. Lea Allen led all scorers with four goals, two in the first half. Jacquelyn Verdon was the other Saint contributing in the first frame, tallying two of her four goals in the stanza.
The Saints put the game out of reach in the third period, scoring seven goals in the eight minutes. Allen, Verdon, and Brianna Ritota all tallied two goals in the frame. Kimi Chavez would round out the scoring in the fourth.
The Beavers (0-13), who lost their 27th consecutive game, only managed one goal in the final 24 minutes and could not solve Pouder's play in net. The senior played one of her best all-around game of the season with ten saves and four assists.
The Saints recorded 13 steals led by Allen's three and two from Cally Timm.
Siena will return home for the final time of the 2013 season and celebrate Senior Night when they take on No. 19 Hartwick on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Before the game at Siena Swim Center, the program will honor Timm, Pouder, and Rebecca Robinson, the three members of the senior class.
